Whilst daily spiritual practices and mindful habits may not be necessary to live a spiritual life, I find they certainly help. Spirituality is a term that is being heard much more frequently recently as more people actively strive to improve their interactions with those around them.

In everyday life it’s all about flexibility and tailored practices that can be adapted to your local ecosystem and your own path. Here are my suggestions for seven best practices to integrate consistent spiritual practice into your life.

For me, I believe that you start to lead a spiritual life when you fully experience and appreciate the beauty of that moment with gratitude and awareness.
